One of this summer's Trevecca Around the Globe (TAG) groups is currently working with communities in Peru. They send the following update. On Saturday the team organized a soccer tournament. A total of 20 teams participated. Before the final game the Trevecca group gave testimonies and 60 people received Christ that evening. On Sunday the group went to a local Nazarene Church and in the afternoon they helped with a women's conference where 60 women came to know the Lord. Monday was filled with a jungle tour and at night they were able to show an evangelistic film to one of the poorest neighborhoods in Peru. This morning, one part of the group went to a local school and Brent Tallman talked about "love." Another group went to a neighborhood and gave manicures and pedicures to the women there. One woman received Christ while being treated. Everyone is doing fine and they are just amazed seeing lives being changed.
