Baugher, a highly-respected enrollment management officer and consultant, brings 26 years of successful experience in higher education enrollment management, having served in various admissions and financial aid roles at Samford University for 9 years and for 17 years at Belmont University as the chief enrollment management officer. Under her leadership at Belmont, freshmen enrollment tripled and overall headcount increased by well over 100%. A graduate of Samford University, she holds an earned doctorate in higher education administration from Vanderbilt University. Since June 2010 Baugher has been the primary enrollment consultant for Community Education Partners and Accelerated Learning Solutions. Baugher and her husband, Lance, attend Trevecca Community Church. In her new position, she will serve on the President’s Cabinet and the Provost’s Team.
Holly Miller Whitby, a 1995 graduate of Trevecca and president of the Trevecca Associated Student Body, majored in business and communications at Trevecca and earned the MBA from Belmont University. During the past 16 years, Whitby was employed in product presentation and sales, working for ePartners, a Microsoft Company, for the past 12 years . During that time, she was the company’s leading salesperson, demonstrating strong people management skills, aggressive sales success, and the ability to lead and motivate team members to top performance. Holly and her husband, James, also a Trevecca graduate, and their two children are members of Trevecca Community Church. Holly will serve in a part-time capacity until July 1 when she assumes her full-time responsibilities.
In addition to these appointments, Michael Cantrell has been named the assistant director of admissions. Cantrell, also a Trevecca graduate, has served in the Office of Admissions since 2006, as an admissions counselor and as the director of traditional undergraduate admissions.
