Two Trevecca students were injured late last week on their way back to their accommodations after working in a youth camp in Vidrare, Bulgaria. They were part of three teams of Trevecca students who were spending 12 weeks in Bulgaria as part of Immerse, Trevecca’s summer missions program.
On the return journey at the end of the camp, the car that carried Immerse team members Jake Resor and Graham Scott was involved in an auto accident. They were immediately treated at a hospital and subsequently released. The car was driven by a key leader in the church in Bulgaria, whose family members were also in the car and also had injuries. All persons in the car with Resor and Scott are expected to fully recover from their injuries.
