For the second time this year, Trevecca students have demonstrated their skills as songwriters, musicians, and videographers with the production of a new music video. “All Your Love,” written by TNU Student, Nick Riley, was recorded this summer by Awaken, a Trevecca music group. The recording was made in the Trevecca Recording Studio, the video was created by Trevecca students, and both are available on YouTube:
Awaken members who participated in the recording and video are the following: Nick Riley, a senior and a commercial music major; Andrew Campbell, a senior and a worship arts major; Elise Sirois, a senior and an elementary education major; Michelle Cantrell, a sophomore and a commercial music (vocal) major; Philip Noel, a sophomore and commercial music major; Richard Halstead, a sophomore and a commercial music major; Zack Shockley, a sophomore and a worship arts major; and Cory Williams, a sophomore and a commercial music major.
These opportunities for students to gain experience in their disciplines or as an exercise of an avocation are a joint effort between Trevecca’s Office of Admissions and multiple Academic Departments including the school of Music, Music Business and Worship Arts. Trevecca’s plans call for releasing two original student produced music videos per year.
