Trevecca history: Now digitized and Internet accessible

Trevecca Nazarene University is pleased to announce the completion of its effort to digitize Trevecca-related collections in the Thrasher Archives of the University’s Waggoner Library. Digitizing Trevecca’s yearbook, the Darda, constituted the largest part of this project, but the project also included the digitizing of other Trevecca-related print materials: Trevecca Catalogs (from 1960 to 2005), the books in the Trevecca Centennial Collection, and other selected Trevecca history materials. This project was partially funded through a State and National Archival Partnership (SNAP) Grant and was led by Andrea Fowler, Trevecca’s archivist and special collections librarian.

All items, scanned from cover- to-cover and in full color, are available on the Internet Archive in a variety of formats: the “read online” option, downloadable PDFs, and the full text version.

The collections are available online here.  For more information about this project and the works that have been digitized, contact Andrea Fowler by email or at 615-248-1798.
