2010 Business Department Graduates - Where Are They Now?

Alex Barberi, BS Information Technology
Alex is working at Maury Regional Hospital with a job title of LAN Support Tech. Basically, his job is to keep all of the computers in the hospital running. Alex says, “The hospital has 7 floors and over 2100 employees, so it can be a lot of work but the job is really fun. So I'm not working in software development, but my general knowledge of computer systems gained from the courses at Trevecca has proved invaluable in the job I'm working in now.”

Abby Buter, BBA Community Development
After her internship at Harvest Hands CDC, Abby is now working as their Volunteer and Communications Coordinator. Harvest Hands is a nonprofit Christian Community Development ministry in South Nashville. She is also assisting in redesigning and implementing their after-school program and helping with mentoring programs for the youth called WOW! And MIMIC.

Matthew Elliott, BBA Business Administration
Matthew is the Graduate Assistant for the Trevecca Men’s Basketball Team. He has also started the MBA program here at Trevecca.

Jenny Goodson, BBA Accounting
Jenny has obtained a job as a staff accountant with Catholic Charities of Tennessee, Inc., a large non-profit organization in Nashville composed of many programs including resettlement and adoption. Her duties will include preparing expense and revenue reports from invoices, creating and inputting journal entries, and other accounting type activities. She is also monitoring the sub-grantee programs that Catholic Charities helps to fund.

Trevor Green, BBA Accounting
Trevor has been accepted to Belmont University’s Masters of Accountancy (MACC) program and will begin classes in the fall. This program is the largest graduate accounting program in the state of Tennessee!

Brandon Puckett, BBA Accounting
Brandon has obtained a job as an Internal Auditor for Lifeway Christian stores. In addition to some corporation level audits, he is traveling all over the country conducting retail/store audits for over 160 Lifeway stores. He will be sitting for the CPA exam this winter.

Andrew Robison, BBA Music Business
Andrew was hired by Ferguson Enterprises, a regional purchaser that buys products for warehouses in many states. After having an internship there during his time at Trevecca, he will now be working for them on a full-time basis. In a year Andrew is hoping to be transferred to London to work for Wolseley, a Fortune 500 Company that owns Ferguson Enterprises. In addition to his responsibilities at Ferguson Enterprises, Andrew is continuing to manage a recording artist on the side.
