Interviewing It’s not always the most qualified person who gets the job but the one most prepared for the interview. Interviewing well is a skill which can be learned. Take the time to research the common mistakes made and the correct way to approach a professional interview. Employers hire because of two things: “skills” and “fit.” You must know as much about both as you can. How you communicate your “skills” and your “fit” with the organization will be determined by how you answer their questions and how you look and present. Always dress professionally for an interview.
