Employer Research Employer research is essential in preparing for an interview. Only a small percentage of job candidates research the employer and know about the company/organization. What do they do? Who is the CEO? Who are their clients? Who are their competitors? Are they public or private? What is their philosophy or mission statement? How do they treat their employees? How are their stocks trading? Etc. A copy of their Annual Report is helpful. Their website is often helpful. There are many resources in the library and online to find out this information.
