The Apple Dining Room is located on the second floor of the Jernigan Student Center and is managed by Pioneer College Caterers, Inc.   All students living in the residence halls and junior/senior apartments are on the meal plan.  Under the Unlimited Access Continuous Service Plan you may enter the cafeteria as many times as you wish. During registration you may also purchase a snack shop credit account which can be used any time The Hub is open.

Special Dietary Needs

For those who have special diet requirements due to medical reasons, the food service will work to accommodate your needs. A doctor’s outline of dietary needs is helpful. Inquiries regarding this process should be directed to Ronda Lilienthal, Assistant Dean of Students for Residence Life.

Sick trays are also available for students on the meal plan who are too ill to attend meals. A note from the resident assistant (RA) or resident director (RD) is necessary for this service.
