Pioneer College Caterers provide breakfast, lunch, and dinner in the
Apple Dining Room on the main level in the Jernigan Building. Guests
and students may eat any time from 7:00 A.M. to 7:00 P.M. To learn

Students may also eat in The Hub, located across from the University
bookstore on the lower level in the Jernigan building. This fast-food
style restaurant gives the lower level of Jernigan a social, fun
atmosphere while providing tables for eating, studying, and playing
