Rev. Brandon Winstead, Ph.D. directs the Six8 Fellowship at Trevecca (a youth Theology Institute). He is passionate about his alma mater, TNU, and absolutely loves youth ministry. He has spent over fifteen years ministering alongside young people in urban and suburban ministries around the United States and has helped diverse youth follow Jesus in dynamic and creative ways. He is an author of one book and has published numerous articles on topics in African American religious history and youth ministry. He has also taught classes, given seminars, and led workshops for Nazarene Theological Seminary, St. Paul School of Theology, MidAmerica Nazarene University, Asbury Seminary, the National Youth Workers’ Convention, Youthfront, youTheology, Youth Ministry Academy, and many churches across the country. When he isn’t ministering to young folks or reflecting on the glories of his Florida heritage, he loves spending time with his awesome family, skateboarding, sunshine, days above 85 degrees and sweating while watching FSU football games (Go Noles!) in November.
