Education and Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Preference will be given to Trevecca alumni, but not required

Graduate Assistant Position Details

  • Serve as a front-line communicator with website visitors through Trevecca’s chat technology
  • Learn and answer basic to mid-level questions regarding each of Trevecca’s academic programs including admissions requirements, tuition costs, length of program, and pre-requisites
  • Distinguish between Trevecca’s online and face-to-face offerings, also traditional and non-traditional programs
  • Serve as a resource for connecting website visitors to key personnel so prospective students can gain the information they’re seeking
  • Serve as front-line switchboard operator for GRAE calls
  • Assign leads and applicants to the appropriate enrollment counselor for follow-up
  • Process letters and incoming mail
  • Download transcripts, check documents into the CRM, and file all student documentation as needed
  • Process applications that are received for GRAE programs
  • Complete other assignments as assigned by supervisor

Graduate Assistant Compensation

  • On campus housing provided in an apartment with roommates
  • Online Master’s degree tuition remission provided for one of the following programs: Master of Business Administration (MBA), Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership (MAOL), Master of Arts in Theology and Biblical Studies (THEB), Master of Arts in Church and Community (CHCO), Master of Arts in Worship (MA), Master of Science in Instructional Design & Technology (MSIDT), Master of Public Administration (MPA), or Master of Science in Healthcare Administration (MSHCA). Graduate Student will pay the $50 technology fee and books for each course.
  • Monthly stipend of $1,000
