Master of Organizational Leadership

What does it take to lead our businesses and organizations in today’s climate?  How can I become a difference maker in the world today?  How can I take my organization from good to great?

The very mission of Trevecca is to provide “education for leadership and service.” Trevecca desires to be an institution that is passionately committed to developing leaders.
The Master of Organizational Leadership (MOL) program explores leadership at three key levels:  Personal leadership development, interpersonal/group leadership, and organizational impact.  The interdisciplinary program combines disciplines of communication, social sciences, religion, and business to give you a balanced perspective on leadership.

The MOL is designed specifically for you, the working adult, and is offered online.  The 33 credit hours can be completed in approximately 18 months.  In addition, you will earn a Leadership and Cultural Change Certificate endorsed by Derek Young, President of YMG, Inc. during the first four courses.  The curriculum examines the recent trends in leadership literature such as strategic thinking, innovative problem-solving, and organizational change models.
