New issue of literary review released

Issue 3.4 of The Cumberland River Review, Trevecca's national literary quarterly, has been released. This issue marks the conclusion of this journal’s third year of publication. Graham Hillard, associate professor of English and the faculty editor of this journal, identified some of the contributors to this issue:

  • Erin Rodoni, a recipient of the prestigious Intro Journals Award from the Association of Writers and Writing Programs;
  • Ashley Mace Havird, whose poetry collection The Garden of the Fugitives (Texas Review Press) won of the 2013 X. J. Kennedy Prize;
  • Bobby C. Rogers, whose forthcoming poetry collection will be published as part of LSU Press’s Southern Messenger Poets series—one of the very best poetry series in the country; and many others.

The undergraduate editors for this issue are the following: Tori White (managing editor), Justin Cockrell, Grayson Dance, Emily Diehl, Joshua Flatt, Jeff Hopkins, Dillon Jones*, Christian Keen, Kim Lilienthal, Crystal Martel*, Jessy Walters, Alesandra Wehmeier, and Erin Wiese.
