Sherrill speaks for biology/ chemistry lecture series

Dr. David Sherrill will speak this Wednesday, Oct. 31 on "Changing the Energy Landscape" as part of Trevecca's biology and chemistry lecture series.

Sherrill, a recipient of a number of awards including the W. Howard Ector Outstanding Teacher award in 2006, is a professor in the School of Chemistry and Biochemistry at Georgia Institute of Technology.

The Sherrill research group focuses on high-quality descriptions of energy landscapes for both strongly and weakly interacting chemical systems.

The lecture will take place at 10:00 A.M. on Wednesday, Oct. 31 in the Quick Lecture Hall inside Trevecca's Waggoner Library.
