Biography


Dr. Phil Rickard was born and lived in the state of West Virginia for 33 years. He has worked in various areas of financial and managerial accounting related to energy industries. He also has greater than 20 years of university teaching experience ranging from accounting, investments, business law, non-profit management, and public administration. He is passionate about equipping students and organizational leaders with the strategic business concepts and Biblical principles needed to be effective professionals. Dr. Rickard is married to his wife, Connie, and together they have two sons, Brock and Nicholas.
