As Director, Ruth Kinnersley heads the team of faculty and staff who are responsible for the operations of Waggoner Library. She also supervises Circulation and teaches in the Masters in Library and Information Science Program in the School of Education. She is the liaison librarian for the Graduate Physicians Assistant program and for the Departments of Exercise & Sport Science, and Science & Mathematics. Her advanced degrees include a Masters of Science in Library and Information Science from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, a Masters degree in Education from Olivet Nazarene University, and an EdD in Higher Education Administration from Tennessee State University. Her research interests include library leadership, and the impact of technology on library patrons, services, and collections. Ruth's library experience includes a wide variety of public service functions in both academic and public libraries, including Olivet Nazarene University Library, Lubbock (Texas) City-County Library, and Western Kentucky University Libraries. She has been at Trevecca since August 2001.
