For three decades prior to his career in education, Tim worked in the IT field in a variety of roles, including Honeywell’s Automation and Control Solutions business unit (formerly Measurex) and Mount Vernon Nazarene University (as director of IT). His industry experience is augmented by graduate degrees in computer science and business, with specializations in database systems, networking, security, operating systems, and IT architecture. His move to Tennessee is his first time to live and work south of the Mason-Dixon Line and Ohio River. He and his wife, Traci, an accomplished pianist, have four adult children. Tim finds his source for living and loving in Christ, as described in Philippians 3:4-14, John 3:30, and Isaiah 55.
