The Office of the Registrar is in charge of maintaining the master schedule for all classes and all academic records—particularly all student records: grades, course registration, drop/add course changes, enrollment verifications, and veteran verifications. One of the main services that this office renders is the providing of official University transcripts for alumni of Trevecca. Members of the staff of this office are pleased to serve the University and its students.
The transcript of a student's academic record will be released by the registrar only upon receipt of a student's written request or if accessed through E-transcripts. No degrees or certificates will be awarded and no transcript of credit will be issued until all financial obligations to the University are discharged in full and a student's academic file is complete in the Office of Academic Records.
Transcripts of Transfer Credit
A transcript of a student's record from another university or college is not forwarded to a third institution. The student should request another transcript from the original institution.
