If earning a doctoral degree after your master’s is an option that interests you, Trevecca offers an alternative that can save you time and money. The dual-degree pathway in organizational intelligence combines the Master of Arts in organizational leadership and a Doctor of Education in leadership (Ed.D.) degree into one convenient program.

If you qualify academically, this option allows you to earn both degrees with less time, effort and financial cost than earning both degrees independently – without losing the integrity, quality and coherence of either individual program.
