In her current role as director of the Spiritual Formation Initiative at Nazarene Theological Seminary, she focuses her time and attention on bringing spiritual formation retreats and workshops to clergy and their congregations. Joshua Brown
Joshua Brown is a husband, father and man transformed by the gospel. His life took an unexpected turn at age 19, when he heard his heavenly Father say, “I love you”—a moment that changed everything for him. Since then, Joshua has spent more than 20 years in vocational ministry, answering the call to live like Jesus wherever he goes.
With a passion for reaching the marketplace, Joshua started a small pressure washing business, which God grew into a thriving, multimillion-dollar enterprise. Today, he helps equip other kingdom-minded believers to integrate faith into their work through business. Whether it’s coaching, webinars or sharing his personal story, Joshua empowers others to embrace the marketplace as a mission field, reflecting Jesus in their business practices.
When he’s not speaking or mentoring, Joshua enjoys learning, running, and spending time with his wife, Jennifer, and their six children. His current ministry, Pressure Washing Pastor, aims to encourage discipleship in unexpected places, and he’s launching future initiatives like the “Dudes Without Dads” podcast to further spread the impact of marketplace missions.
