Trevecca strives to meet the needs of students holistically, which includes ensuring their physical and mental well-being. Through the clinic, TimelyCare and the Counseling Center, students have the opportunity to identify problems and seek healing and growth.
Clinic
The Trevecca Clinic is located on the ground floor of Georgia Hall and is open 8 a.m. - 4 p.m. Monday through Friday. The clinic is staffed by board-certified physician assistants and is available to Trevecca students and employees.
In order to maintain the health and safety of the University, students and faculty are required to schedule an appointment prior to being seen. Appointments can be scheduled here, by emailing clinic@trevecca.edu or calling 615-248-1261. At this time, no walk-in visits will be accepted.
Counseling Center
The Trevecca Counseling Center strives to help students reach greater personal and community health. The counseling center is a welcoming community that provides a safe place for students to find deep connection and holistic wellbeing.
Counseling services are available for currently enrolled students and are free of charge for the first eight sessions, and $5 for each session following. Individual, couples and pre-marital therapy are available.
Students can reach out for an appointment by visiting the Counseling Center SharePoint page and clicking the ‘schedule an appointment’ button, which connects to a form to complete. TimelyCare
TimelyCare is the only student-first telehealth provider that offers a complete care solution for campus health. It provides 24/7 remote access to medical and mental health services at no cost. These services, available to online students as well as students on campus, include counseling, psychiatry, health coaching, on demand medical care with licensed providers and prescription discount cards.
