Residence Life provides a welcoming and supportive home on campus by addressing everything from housing and dining services to community accountability. Our goal is to create a safe environment for the Trevecca community where students live, learn and grow together. Living in the residence halls gives students opportunities to build meaningful friendships, develop independence and fully engage in campus life.

Residence Life staff members work to provide safe, welcoming environments that encourage connection, personal responsibility and spiritual development.

Student Support

Rebecca's House

Rebecca’s House is a monthly food pantry started in 2022 as a partnership between the University, Trevecca Community Church and the Trevecca Urban Farm. The mission of Rebecca’s House is to provide practical food support to students while fostering awareness, understanding and compassion for those experiencing food insecurity. It serves both our undergraduate and graduate students and has served more than 2,500 students since its establishment.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I sign up for a room and a roommate?
All new students, living on or off campus, must provide residency information to the Center for Student Development. This process is completed online. Click here to see instructions for students who have been admitted to Trevecca and have already paid their $200 enrollment deposit.
Is there a curfew?
In the residence halls (Benson, Georgia, Johnson and Tennessee halls), freshman, sophomores, juniors and seniors living in the residence halls have a curfew of 2 a.m. Any student living in the apartments: University Commons, Legacy Apartments (Bush, Redford, Shingler, and Wise Hall) have no curfew.
What appliances can you have in the room?
Students are allowed to have a microwave and fridge in their dorm room.
Am I allowed to have guests stay the night?

Yes. If guests stay the night, they must fill out an information card and give it to the dorm they stay in. Guests can stay up to three nights and then it becomes an $18/night charge.

What do I do if I have a maintenance issue?

Contact your resident assistant (RA) or your resident director (RD) for assistance.

May I stay on campus over Christmas break?

Students may stay over Christmas break, but they must request a hall pass from Student Development. Students staying over Christmas break will be charged the current nightly holiday rate.

How do I order a bedloft?

Go to www.bedloft.com and follow the prompts. Ordered bedlofts will be waiting for students when they arrive for check-in on move-in day.

What can I use on the walls to hang decorations?

All wall decorations should be hung using 3M Command strips.

Can I have a private room?

If space allows, students may pay extra for a private room. However, private rooms are provided based on the cumulative number of hours earned. Those who are juniors and seniors would qualify before freshman and sophomores.
