Disney's Newsies tells the story of a strike by New York City newsboys (or "newsies") in 1899, who are fighting against unfair treatment by newspaper publishers like Joseph Pulitzer. “Seize the day” with this rousing, high-energy, fan-favorite musical about the power of youth, truth and a city on the edge of change.
