Andrew is the chief operating officer (COO) of The Exodus Road, a global nonprofit with a mission to end human trafficking. He has taught and led nonprofits across Africa, Asia, Europe and the Americas. He holds a Doctor of Business Administration from Trevecca and a master’s in international development from the University of South Carolina. He is an ICF certified coach, a certified change management practitioner and the author of “Leading Multicultural Teams: The First Five Tools for Global Leaders.” He provides instruction in strategic management and enterprise leadership in Trevecca’s DBA program.
