Dr. Avery Finch is an experienced educational leader who serves as an adjunct professor in the School of Education and the School of Leadership and Interdisciplinary Studies. With nearly two decades of experience in public education, including roles as a principal, assistant principal and dean of students, he brings extensive administrative and practical leadership insights to his academic roles. His expertise lies in K-12 administration, technology integration, improving student outcomes and instructional design.
Avery earned a doctorate in education and holds a Master of Arts in teaching from Trevecca. He earned a bachelor's in business administration with a concentration in Marketing from Tennessee State University.
