Danielle brings decades of expertise at the intersection of business, technology and organizational leadership. She holds a Ph.D. in organizational leadership and an MBA in business and technology. A deeply dedicated academic mentor, she has guided more than 1,000 students to successful doctoral completion throughout her career.
Her current research focuses on adjunct and online educator retention, along with the evolving job experiences of higher education faculty. In addition to her academic research, Danielle is a published author whose work centers on business, operations and leadership strategies.
Driven by a continuous commitment to the future of business technology, she is actively expanding her technical skill set through graduate studies in data science and artificial intelligence, bringing cutting-edge analytics and strategic insight into her professional and academic endeavors.
