Dr. Holly Hayse is a dedicated K-8 educator, instructional coach and adjunct professor in the School of Education. With more than 25 years in teaching and leadership, she serves as an instructional coach for Manchester City Schools, where she leads PLCs, supports curriculum implementation and guides assessments and instructional initiatives. She has served as an assistant principal, a master teacher and a Tennessee Common Core math coach, with classroom experience spanning grades 1-8.
At Trevecca, Holly teaches graduate courses in instructional leadership, math methods and conflict management. She has presented at national conferences and has been honored as the 2025 VFW Middle School Teacher of the Year and the 2023 Teacher of the Year at Westwood Middle School. She earned her Ed.D. and Ed.S. in leadership from Trevecca, along with a bachelor’s in elementary education. She holds a master’s degree in teaching and learning from Nova Southeastern University.
