Jessica serves as vice president and dean of student development at Trevecca, providing leadership for the areas that support student life, spiritual formation, academic success, residence life, community accountability, career development, campus security and student well-being.
A two-time Trevecca graduate, Jessica began her career in higher education at Trevecca, where she spent five years in residence life. She later served as assistant director of student life and leadership at the University of Texas at Tyler and as director of student organizations and activities at Belmont University before returning to Trevecca in 2018. With more than 18 years of experience in higher education, her work has centered on creating environments where students are known, supported and equipped to succeed.
Jessica serves nationally as a commissioner on the Council for Christian Colleges & Universities (CCCU) Commission for chief student development officers and is active in the Nashville community through the Junior League of Nashville and the Nashville Young Leaders Council (YLC).
