Jessica Dykes joined Trevecca in 2018 and now serves as vice president and dean of student development. Before coming to Trevecca, Jessica worked at Belmont University as the director of student organizations and activities and as the assistant director of student engagement and leadership development. She also worked at the University of Texas at Tyler as the assistant director of student life and leadership. She is a member of many organizations including the Council of Christian Colleges and Universities, the Student Affairs Administrators in Higher Education and the National Association for Campus Activities.
Jessica holds a Bachelor of Science in communication studies and a Master of Organizational Leadership from Trevecca and is a doctoral candidate for an Executive Ed.D in higher education administration from the University of Alabama.
