Jooly Philip teaches works from Milton, Shakespeare, and other literature and composition classes. She writes for an organization that fights human trafficking in Asia, and has worked with videographers, fundraisers, and victims of trafficking to create awareness and prevent further victimization. Her focus is on literature’s ability to provide the language and context necessary to understand human nature.
