Joshua teaches economics in undergraduate and master's courses at TNU. He advises international business and community business undergraduate majors. He earned his Ph.D. in economics and MBA from MTSU and his undergraduate degree from Trevecca. His research focuses on Industrial Organizational and Health Economics. He has presented at the Southern Economic Association and at university seminars. He previously worked in the healthcare industry for HealthStream, Inc. and HCA IT&S.
Joshua lives in Nashville with his wife and daughter. He enjoys visiting local coffee shops, watching sci-fi movies, and hiking.
