Kathleen is a healthcare learning and development leader with expertise in Epic training, clinical implementation readiness and organizational change management. At Vanderbilt University Medical Center, she directs Epic training and delivery and oversees the VUMC Administrative Fellowship Program, mentoring recent graduates who are preparing to become healthcare leaders. She is also an adjunct professor and published author, bringing a strong academic and evidence-based perspective to healthcare leadership and workforce development.
