Matthew is an attorney and educator with a strong background in estate planning and business law. He previously worked in the healthcare software industry, serving in a leadership role at Momentum Healthware where he worked with technology, compliance and long-term care solutions. He later established a successful private law practice focused on estate planning, probate and business law. He teaches business law and public health law at the graduate and undergraduate levels. Matthew resides in Mt. Juliet, Tennessee, with his wife and two sons.
