Michael Lee Harland joined the School of Music and Worship Arts faculty in 2022. He teaches in the areas of music history and music theory, as well as courses in fine arts and world music.
Michael’s research and teaching interests focus on historical musicology, especially 19th-century symphonic music, theoretical approaches to meaning in music and the intersection of worldview and musical expression.
