Tim Calhoun is a professional guitarist, session musician, composer and educator with more than 30 years of experience in the music industry. Tim holds degrees in studio music and jazz from the University of Miami and commercial music from Liberty University.
Since 2016, Tim has served as adjunct professor of commercial guitar at Trevecca, bringing his professional performance, studio and touring experience into the classroom. His performance and recording credits include work with Jo Dee Messina, Trisha Yearwood, Michael W. Smith, Olivia Newton-John, Raul Malo and The Temptations, along with award-winning commercial music projects.
