Maxwell Dvorin is an adjunct woodwinds professor for the School of Music and Worship Arts. He holds the Bachelor of Music (emphasis in commercial saxophone) and Master of Music (multiple woodwinds with an emphasis in flute) from Belmont University. Also serving as adjunct professor at Middle Tennessee State University and Fisk University. Maxwell is director of bands at Cumberland University and freelance musician playing for The Grand Ole Opry, The Huckabee Show and the Tennessee Performing Arts Center.
A Nashville resident since 2013, Maxwell’s role at Trevecca includes private woodwind lessons with preparation for juries and recitals.
