5:45 p.m.	Check-in Bud Robinson Building
6-8 p.m.	Academic Placement Testing Bud Robinson Building Applicants who have not previously completed and passed a college math and/or English composition course at another institution and have not submitted official ACT/SAT scores for placement will be required to complete TNU’s placement testing.
Friday, June 23
8–10 a.m.	ENCOUNTER Check-in Convocation Center, Boone Business Building Students sign in with the Office of Admissions team and pick up their Encounter folder and name badge. After you Check-In, please feel free to take this time to: Tour a Residence Hall Room (women: Georgia Hall, men: Benson Hall) Visit our Starbucks location in Bud Robinson Visit our Campus Store in Jernigan Student Center Take a photo with the Reed Bell Tower – you will walk under it at graduation! Complete our Campus Scavenger Hunt to win a prize – visit Boone Convocation Center for more details!
10–10:30 a.m.	Welcome to Encounter Convocation Center, Boone Business Building Join us for the official welcome to Encounter with greetings from our University Administration & Trevecca personnel.
10:30 a.m.–1 p.m.	Introduction to Academic Life Convocation Center, Boone Business Building Trevecca’s Provost will provide instructions for transitioning to gatherings with academic departments and faculty for the process of individual academic meetings. Lunch will be served in the Apple Dining Hall in Jernigan Student Center from 11:00 a.m.–1:30 p.m. Please feel free to enjoy lunch after you have finished meeting with your advisor.
1:30–2:15 p.m.	Student Life @ TNU Convocation Center, Boone Business Building This session will familiarize incoming students and their families with a variety of Student Development staff, including student leaders, who will showcase the various services, clubs and programs that form the heart of student life on campus.
2:15–4 p.m.	LINK Groups Convocation Center, Boone Business Building Trevecca’s Assistant Dean for Student Life will provide information about LINK Groups to students and parents. Then, students will transition to gatherings with their LINK Groups in various locations around campus.
2:45–4 p.m.	Just for Parents! Convocation Center, Boone Business Building These workshops are designed to answer questions and provide information that will help parents and families begin to form a partnership with Trevecca faculty and administrators as they help their student transition into college life.
4–5 p.m.	Parent and Family Q&A Convocation Center, Boone Business Building Parents and family members, come enjoy a live Q&A with Trevecca staff, administrators and parents of Trevecca students. Dessert refreshments will be served.
4–5 p.m.	Encounter Glow Out! The Courts at Trevecca Community Church Students, come and enjoy a taste of student life at Trevecca! Our Student Life team will be hosting a Glow Party with a cereal bar in the courts at Trevecca Community Church to close out the day.
