Eda serves as associate director of research in Trevecca’s Doctor of Business Administration program. In this role, she teaches doctoral research courses, advises dissertation students and supports the continued development of research quality across the DBA program.
She leads four online degree programs: the Bachelor of Science in business, Associate of Science in business management, Bachelor of Arts in general studies and Associate of Arts in general studies. Eda also serves as director of the artificial intelligence track in Trevecca’s MBA program, and supports faculty recruitment for the University’s online, graduate and nontraditional programs.
Her research interests include generative artificial intelligence in business education, career readiness, leadership and adult learning. Her doctoral research examined the impact of an AI-integrated curriculum on adult business students’ career preparedness, academic achievement and comfort with emerging technology.
Eda is passionate about helping DBA students approach research with confidence and develop rigorous, practical scholarship that addresses meaningful business and leadership challenges.
