George Anderson serves as the program director for Microsoft's professional services organization. ‘Dr. G,’ as he likes to be called, is passionate about personal and professional change; the process of replacing ignorance with knowledge and insight; and the role of GenAI in helping organizations--a person at a time--work more effectively. In his role with Microsoft, he leads global teams tasked with designing and deploying business solutions for many of the world's largest and most complex customers. He has authored more than 20 books spanning personal growth, technology implementation, design-led thinking, project management and more.
