STEP 1: Submit Your Application
Applying online is FREE, but if you prefer to submit a hard copy (paper) application, you may do so by submitting a $25.00 nonrefundable application fee with your hard copy application. Make checks or money orders payable to Trevecca Nazarene University. Send your check, along with your completed hard copy application, to:
STEP 2: Submit your Academic Transcript
Request an official academic transcript to be forwarded directly to Trevecca from any college/university where you have enrolled (including any dual enrollment or concurrent credit while you were in high school).
STEP 3: Submit your Transfer Recommendation Form
Fill out the top part of the Transfer Recommendation Form and take it to the Dean of Students Office at your most recent college or university. Have them fill out the rest and mail it to Trevecca, or fax it to 615-248-7406.
STEP 4: Submit your ACT & SAT Reports*
*Transfer applicants who have earned 30+ non-remedial college credits are exempt from this requirement. However, the ACT/SAT scores are used to determine entry-level courses for English composition and mathematics, and thus applicants who have not yet completed college-level English or math courses will be required to either submit ACT/SAT scores or take a placement test at Trevecca prior to registration.

Trevecca's SAT code is 1809.
Submit an official ACT or SAT report. An existing ACT report can be requested online at www.actstudent.org, and an existing SAT report can be requested online at www.collegeboard.org. ACT/SAT scores on an official high school transcript are acceptable.
STEP 5: Submit your High School Transcript*
*Transfer applicants who have earned 30+ non-remedial college credits are exempt from this requirement.
Request an official high school transcript to be mailed directly from the institution to Trevecca's Office of Admissions. If one is eligible by GED, an official score report and partial high school transcript must be sent directly from each reporting institution.
STEP 6: Enrollment Deposit
Submit a $200 enrollment deposit by May 1 for Fall semester enrollment or by December 15 for Spring semester enrollment.
STEP 7: Medical Health History & Immunization Forms
Submit the confidential Medical Health History and Immunization Forms to Trevecca's Student Health Clinic prior to registration. All information on the form will be maintained in strictest confidence by the professional medical staff.
