Summary

The Enrollment Specialist & Marketing Liaison reports to the Director of Admissions. This position is responsible for maintaining the communication process throughout a prospect's experience working with the Office of Admissions, managing the traditional undergraduate applications, and managing, expediting, and maintaining files, records, and other documents for traditional undergraduate applicants. This position is a full-time staff position that works year-round. This position works on campus in Nashville and is not a remote position.

Responsibilities

This role has three key components: 50% Enrollment Systems, 25% Data Management, and 25% Marketing Coordination.

Enrollment Systems

  • Process application materials including but not limited to transcripts and test scores.
  • Aid in processing the daily scheduled letters for applicants.
  • Create and maintain all application printed files and computer records.
  • Complete the document scanning process for all enrolled applicants.

Data Management

  • Maintain all imports and leads data in the CRM database for student recruitment. Monitor all lead vendor performance and troubleshoot any issues.
  • Prevent duplication of data and merge records in the CRM database.
  • Improve and maintain the quality of data in the CRM database.
  • As designated by the Vice President of Undergraduate Enrollment and Associate Vice President of Marketing and Communications, purchase and import leads data in the CRM database.

Marketing Coordination

  • Assist in maintaining the Traditional Undergraduate Marketing Calendar.
  • In partnership with The Office of Marketing and Communications, maintain relationships and submit, review, and track marketing projects.
  • Manage and leverage community sponsorships.
  • Oversee and maintain incoming students' final enrollment steps website, including the Inside Trevecca course.
  • Pull marketing lists for mailings, emails, and digital ads.
  • Assist the Assistant Director of Enrollment in sending mass communications.
  • Oversee social media accounts and supervise student content creators.
  • Coordinate the ongoing prospecting processes.

Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree is required
  • Personal and professional integrity
  • Strong computer skills in M.S. Office applications (specifically Excel)
  • Knowledge of computerized student information systems and databases is preferred
  • Information technology (specifically in CRM databases) experience is preferred but not required
  • Experience in higher education environment as an employee preferred but not required
